Yes, Cove purchases as well as accommodations are eligible for payment plans. Just a one-time fee of $19.99 and a 10% down payment gets you started. Then the remaining balance is divided into equal monthly payments.

A Cove is your reserved area for you and your crew for the event. Your Cove is your ticket and includes wristbands for each guest for nightly entry into the venue. It comes with a chair for each guest and the option to order food, drinks & merchandise delivered to you in under 5 minutes.

Coves are configured to hold 2, 4, 5 or 6 guests, however, we have options for Solo travelers and groups of 3 as well.

Solo travelers and 3 person groups are welcome to purchase up to 3 “Best Available Weekend Pass” in the Green or Blue Section All guests on the same reservation will be assigned to the same cove. 3 Person groups are also welcome to purchase a 4 person Cove and have a little extra room.

Upgrade to Soul Cove for the front-row experience! Each guest has the option to upgrade to Soul Cove for one night. New for Sun, Sand and Soul Beach Weekend '25: the Soul Cove 3-Day Pass! Enjoy all three nights in Soul Cove without needing a Cove Pass.

These suites accommodate 10 guests and are furnished with tables and stools. Each Suite includes 5 Soul Cove passes per night.

Our team has reserved hundreds of Oceanview Condos, Villas and Homes, most of which, are just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, to the venue and several great restaurants.

Guests who book with us enjoy: Full Refund Protection in the case that the event has to be cancelled for any reason including weather. Complimentary parking at your condo (guests will multiple cars can request additional passes) Easy access to all the daytime activities with other Crushers

Booking accommodations through Topeka comes with the added perk of Priority Cove upgrade status. If closer coves are available before the weekend, guests will be offered upgraded Coves in closer proximity to the stage.

In the case of adverse weather or any event cancellation for any reason, guests who reserve through a 3rd party would not be protected. We can only offer refunds to guests who reserve with Topeka. Guests who live here or have a place to stay in the area must arrange a Ride Share or purchase a 3 Day Parking Pass for $100 to park at Seascape Resort each day. The parking area is just outside the main entrance of the venue.

Go Worry-Free and add protection that will allow you to cancel your Cove for any reason and receive a full refund (less the cost of your “Worry-Free” upgrade) when you cancel before Friday, February 7th, 2025 . Please note this will not cover refunds for travel, local excursions, additional lodging nights etc. that are purchased elsewhere. *Worry-Free must be added to your vacation within 72 hours of purchase.
