Solo travelers and odd-numbered groups who wish to secure reserved Cove seating may do so! Reach out to our team for assistance booking your solo or 3-person group in a reserved Cove.

If you live in the area or wish to stay off property, just purchase a regular cove with no accommodation add-ons.

All music passes include 3 Nights of Music in reserved Cove seating for the weekend. Enjoy access to the Welcome Bonfire, and all daytime and late-night activities.

Arrive early on Thursday, April 24th, for a beachfront bonfire with live music, followed by a special evening from 8-10pm featuring Charlie Starr from Blackberry Smoke, Duane Betts, and Benji Shanks. Tickets will be included for all guests who add an extra night for their condo and additional tickets will be available to purchase. Limited availability.

Tickets for guests with do not bundle their Cove + Condo will be announced at a later date. Price TBD.

Optional vacation add-ons include nightly Crusher Cove upgrades, daytime activities such as yoga and pickleball, Storyteller sets, late night activities such as silent disco, and the Thursday Night Pre-Party featuring Charlie Starr and Benji Shanks from Blackberry Smoke and Duane Betts.

Yes, music pass purchases and accommodations may be placed on a payment plan. A one-time fee of $19.99 and a 10% down payment gets you started. Then the remaining balance is divided into equal monthly payments.

A Cove is your reserved area for you and your crew for the entire event. Your Cove includes seating for each guest and a QR code ticket for nightly entry into the venue. Guests may order food, drinks & merchandise for delivery in under 5 minutes. No more elbowing your way through to find your friends or having someone crowd your personal space. If you’re feeling creative, decorate your space for an added touch of fun and personality!

Coves are configured to hold 2, 4, 5 or 6 guests, however, we have options for Solo travelers and groups of 3 as well.

Guests can select 1 to 8 passes in this section and will be assigned into the Best Available Cove in this section. Groups of 2 or more in same reservation will be assigned to the same cove(s). Solo guests will be paired with another guest in a 2 person Cove. Guests traveling solo or in a group of 3 or 5 who wish to reserve another section may message us for other options.

These suites are within elevated, covered platforms and can accommodate 10 guests. They are furnished with tables and stools and come with 5 Crusher Cove upgrade passes per night. Food, drink, and merchandise delivery are available for all suite guests.

Our team has reserved hundreds of Oceanview Condos, Villas and Homes, most of which are just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, to the venue and several great restaurants.

Guests who book with us enjoy: Concierge service from the Topeka team, full refund protection in the case that the event has to be canceled for any reason including weather. Complimentary parking at your condo (guests with multiple cars can request additional passes). Easy access to all the daytime activities with other Crushers, plus the choice of either a backpack cooler, $100 merch credit for use online, or beach chair service for two!

In the case of adverse weather or any event cancellation for any reason, guests who reserve through a 3rd party would not be protected. We can only offer refunds to guests who reserve with Topeka. Guests who live here or have a place to stay in the area must arrange a Ride Share or purchase a 3 Day Parking Pass for $100 to park at Seascape Resort each day.

Go Worry-Free and add protection that will allow you to cancel your Music Passes and/ or Condo for any reason and receive a full refund (less the cost of your “Worry-Free” upgrade) when you cancel before Saturday, January 31st, 2025. Please note this will not cover refunds for travel, local excursions, or additional lodging nights that are purchased elsewhere. *Worry-Free must be added to your vacation within 72 hours of purchase or before Friday, November 15th, 2024.

Topeka’s name is inspired by this scene in the 2000 movie, “Almost Famous,” when Russell Hammond walks out on his band after a show, believing the music industry and his quest for fame is shallow and meaningless. He begins wandering the streets of Topeka, and remarks, “[The fans] know all about us and I don’t know shit about [them].”
