How does the Priority Cove Selection and Presale Group Booking Work?
Presale groups determine order of access; they do not guarantee availability.

- Penny Lane: Presale Group 1 (First Booking Group of Presale)
- Tiny Dancer: Presade Group 2 (Second Booking Group of Presale)

What does “Tickets for your Cove to a private artist performance” mean?
Select weekends include an intimate daytime or off-schedule artist performance reserved for members.
- Access is granted at the Cove level, not per individual.
- Your Cove guests may attend with you.
- Artists and timing vary by weekend and are announced in advance.
How does Backstage After-Show Access work?
Backstage access is:
- A 1 hour guided behind-the-scenes experience offering insight into how the venue and show operate
- Available one designated night per weekend (scheduled by the Topeka team)
- Escorted by a Topeka team member and includes an opportunity to ask questions and connect with our Founder
- While artists may be nearby, we ask that to keep this space relaxed. Don't approach or take photos, it's not meant to be a meet-and-greet.
- Timing is usually right after the show ends with exact times and location are shared on-site the day of the experience
Annual Credits
Annual Topeka Credits are issued digitally to your TIXR account and may be applied towards any item sold in TIXR by Topeka.
Credits:
- Are issued annually for four years
- Do not expire
- Are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
Cove Discount
All members receive 50% Promo Code off available Coves starting 30 days prior to the event, if inventory remains.
- Discount applies only to unsold inventory
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- Availability varies by weekend
- Promo Code sent via email and text
Merch Discount
Members receive 50% off event merch on the final day of each weekend.
- Discount applies to in-stock Event Branded items only (Does not apply to artist individual merchandise)
- On-site redemption by showing your Digital Membership Pass
- Available after final act starts on the last night
Quarterly Call
Members are invited to a quarterly virtual call with the Topeka leadership to:
- Share personal feedback and ideas for improvement
- Hear about concepts and destinations
- Help shape future weekends and lineups
